Happy New Year! The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver just released their house, condo and townhome residential sales statistics package for December 2013.
Their December summary reports: Residential property sales in Greater Vancouver for December 2013 saw an increase of 71% compared to December 2012, and experienced a normal seasonal drop of 15.9% compared to November 2013. December sales were 8.1% above the 10 year December sales average of 1,807 units.
